At Pesalericy LLC, we want you to feel confident in your purchase. Our return policy lasts 30 days. If more than 30 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately, we cannot offer a full refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in the same condition as received, and in the original packaging (including dust bags, tags, etc.).

Non-returnable items:

Certain items are non-returnable, including but not limited to:

  • Gift cards

  • Downloadable digital content

  • Items purchased on final sale

  • Personal use or hygiene-sensitive items (e.g., custom monogrammed bags)

A receipt or proof of purchase is required to complete your return.
Please do not send your product back to the manufacturer.


Partial Refunds (if applicable)

Partial refunds may be granted under the following conditions:

  • The returned item shows signs of wear or use

  • The item is not in its original condition, is damaged, or missing parts not due to our error

  • The return request was initiated more than 30 days after delivery


Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you via email about the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, the refund will be processed, and the credit will be automatically applied to your original method of payment within several business days.


Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund:

  1. Check your bank account again

  2. Contact your credit card company — it may take a few days for the refund to be posted

  3. Contact your bank — there is often processing time involved
